Value for money and good location and cleanliness
Did not seem to give priority to guest who wish to continue staying there. Also seem to favour locals as compared to foreigners.

The hotel is near the Ikebukuro Station and the room was very small, but clean and perfect for those who will only sleep at the hotel. The staff don´t speak a very good english, but everyone were very polite and helpful. Good for budget trips.

We loved the convenience of the hotel being close to the train station, with only a 10-minute walk from the station. This made it easy for us to explore the city. Plus, it's right next to a 24-hour convenient store, which was extremely handy. The hotel facilities were great too, with non-smoking floors and comfortable beds available. Similarly, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is a great option for a romantic escape. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with soft lighting that sets the perfect mood. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay that much better.
The only negative aspect was the lack of reliable wifi. Though we were able to connect to the internet, the connection was spotty and not strong enough to stream videos or use video chat.

Great location, only a short walk away from the train station, restaurants, stores and dry cleaners. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and body soap in the clean, well-provisioned room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was tiny, and not suitable for broad or tall people. The bed was also small and old. It was difficult to move around, especially in the small bathroom.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is just perfect - it's not too near or too far from the JR Ikebukuro station, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a 140 cm wide double bed that provided a great night's sleep. And let's not forget about the breakfast - for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was flawless.
